Oyster Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 250g Fresh Oyster Mushrooms (torn into strips)

  • 2 cups Bok Choy or sliced Bell Peppers

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Prep: Tear the Oyster mushrooms into bite-sized strips by hand.

  2. Sauté: Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and ginger until fragrant (30 seconds).

  3. High Heat: Add mushrooms. Cook on high heat until edges are golden.

  4. Toss: Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

  5. Glaze: Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Toss to coat and serve over rice.
