250g Fresh Oyster Mushrooms (torn into strips)
2 cups Bok Choy or sliced Bell Peppers
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Honey
Prep: Tear the Oyster mushrooms into bite-sized strips by hand.
Sauté: Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and ginger until fragrant (30 seconds).
High Heat: Add mushrooms. Cook on high heat until edges are golden.
Toss: Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
